It is March 2020 at the Tower – and new Yeoman Warder Barry Stringer is learning the ropes and getting to grips with his first tower tours which involve remembering over 1000 years of Tower history. But everything is about to change – a hidden enemy, Coronavirus, means that the Tower, like much of Britain, is suddenly under threat. The staff must deal with uncertain times not knowing when and if the tower will go into lockdown.
