Thank you Annabel for calling out such a horrible part of just not our society but our government. Women have as much to contribute as men but it is not acknowledged. I am a retired academic but in my work life have been in meetings as the only woman and experienced exactly the same difficulty. I was very moved by your second episode and hope this exposure finally gets some action. Women make up 50% of the population but so much less of the power and influence. Men fear us rather than value our contribution.
