    Would you please tell me how I can get the recipe that chef Curtis Stone had for marinated egg plant on the show on Friday 29/12/2017 I am not able to bring it up on his recipe web site ….. thank you

    Actually, I just looked at a map and it’s not in the Adelaide Hills. It’s out north towards Gawker.

    Margaret, I was trying to figure out what he said too…so l did some research!
    It’s called Al Ru country farm & is in Sampson Flat in the Adelaide Hills. It is a wedding venue. Here is the link to it. Hope this helps. Sue
